All 2019 team captains received an email from Race Headquarters containing the link to their Team Member Form on May 15, 2018. Please email [email protected] if you did not receive your link.
In order to build your team, please add your information to your Team Member Form and then share the form with your teammates so they can add their required information. Anyone with your link can update the form. All changes to the form are automatically saved. Remember runners must be 21 years or older to participate. The deadline to update your team name, team overall pace and all shirts sizes is February 13, 2019. Team Member Forms will be locked on March 24, 2019. Any changes after this date must be made at check-in on race weekend.
If you are running for charity, our charity partner will help you create an online donation page for your team so that you can request donations through email and social media outlets.
Our 2018 Guidebook is a great resource as you start your planning. We will release the 2019 Guidebook by February 2019.

It is the captain’s responsibility to find a new team leader. We will not be able to coordinate finding a new captain for you.
The current captain must email [email protected] and copy the new captain on the email. Please include the team name, new captain name and contact phone number. The new captain will be responsible for the final payment (if not paid) and will receive instructions on how to use the Team Member Form.
