All 2020 team captains will receive an email from Race Headquarters containing the link to their Team Member Form by Summer 2019.
In order to build your team, please add your information to your Team Member Form and then share the form with your teammates so they can add their required information. Anyone with your link can update the form. All changes to the form are automatically saved. Remember runners must be 21 years or older to participate. The deadline to update your team name, team overall pace and all shirts sizes is February 18, 2020. Team Member Forms will be locked on March 29, 2020. Changes between March 30 and April 7 can be made by emailing [email protected] Changes after April 7 must be made at packet pickup and will carry a $25 fee.
If you are running for charity, our charity partner will help you create an online donation page for your team so that you can request donations through email and social media outlets.
The 2020 Guidebook is a great resource and will be available early 2020.

It is the captain’s responsibility to find a new team leader. We will not be able to coordinate finding a new captain for you.
The current captain must email [email protected] and copy the new captain on the email. Please include the team name, new captain name and contact phone number. The new captain will be responsible for the final payment (if not paid) and will receive instructions on how to use the Team Member Form.
