As one of the shortest legs on the route, runners will enjoy the scenic but hilly Mine Gap Rd for most of the leg.

Use extra caution as you approach the railroad tracks at miles 2.4 and 2.6. The railroad company is aware of our event; however, there may still be a train passing during the event. If you stop and wait for a train to pass, please note your time waiting and fill out our Timing Adjustment Form.

Vehicles may park at Tuxedo Park, Tuxedo Baptist, or across the street at Tuxedo Community Store. Look for volunteer instructions as you get close the transition area.
- There is a Dollar General nearby for any needed snacks and hydration!

Transition Closes for Runners: 2:05 pm
*Teams arriving after 2:00 pm will be audited to determine if they will reach the finish line by 8 pm. If behind pace, your team will be required to skip a leg.
