Training Plans

We understand that competing in a running event that covers a 73-mile course could be a bit intimidating. Yet, one of the beautiful things about the Ville to Ville Craft Brew Relay is that you don't have to do it all by yourself. This event is accessible to nearly everyone – from the dedicated jogger to the serious racer.

The key, of course, is to be properly prepared…and run a few hills.

Below is an introduction and description of the terms and two different training plans.  These are just a guide to help you be prepared for a fun day out on the course.  Training Plans start on January 19, 2025. Please contact our run club ambassador, Anna Hall, with any questions or helpful tips as you train.
